- In this role you will help manage our flood risk management design and construction projects for USACE, USIBWC, and NRCS. Our team has a passion for making a positive impact on community safety and developing solutions for the technical challenges these projects bring.
- Our projects include assessment, inspections, alternatives analysis, design, and construction of levees, floodwalls, floodgates, stormwater pump stations, riverbank and coastal erosion mitigation, ecosystem restoration, sediment diversion, wetland creation, and other related hydraulic projects.
- Develops detailed subcontractor scopes and bid sheets, and follows the FAR in subcontractor selection process.
- Experience as a Project Manager for USACE projects related to flood risk management is a strong priority/focus of this role.
- Professional Engineer License in Texas or ability to obtain it within 6 months of employment Strong understanding of civil works, flood risk mitigation, and coastal storm risk management projects to drive technical and logistical solutions for our clients.
