- Senior Estimator - DFH Greenwood Village, CO, USA Req #119 Wednesday, February 14, 2024 Reports To: PCS Manager IFLSA Status: Exempt Position SummaryResponsible for strategic estimating of Door, Frame, Hardware packages for large-capital commercial construction projects accurately and on time.
- Prioritize and send RFQs for manufacturers not in Comsense when applicableCompile comprehensive DFH estimate in ISEC Projects, including material, freight, detailing/engineering, escalation, and installation costs for turnover to regionResponsible for ensuring that all quantities and pricing are accurate and completeLeads the documentation management of the project in alignment with established standards.
- Ensures all documents are completeFacilitate engagement with Sales/Region as necessary to keep team informed of constraints, plan of action and progressParticipate in bid closings and estimate reviewsBalance workload and assignments to meet deadlinesManage action items from Post Bid and finalize ISEC scope.
- Compute cost estimates for subcontracted work to ensure comprehensive coverage of requirements, and labor.
