- An experienced Environmental Compliance manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience leading environmental compliance for large construction projects, preferably in California.
- You hold at least at least a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Ecology, Anthropology, Archaeology, Environmental Science, or a related environmental or ecological field.
- You will leverage your past experience in leading large projects to develop environmental compliance program standards and guidance for multiple regions within ESA. You will also work with ESA’s existing management team to help lead environmental compliance activities for California High Speed Rail Construction Package 1, and possibly other segments.
- You will serve as a permit specialist, preparing and managing amendments to permits during construction.
- Familiarity with CEQA, NEPA, federal and state Endangered Species Acts, Clean Water Act, and other relevant laws is desirable.
