- As The North Face's Senior Director of DTC Retail and Membership Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience across both the retail brand experience and the XPLR Pass membership program.
- We desire a creative leader who will obsess consumer insights, understand shopping behaviors and journeys, and enhance and elevate the DTC retail experience, while ensuring the membership program is the connective tissue to serve customers cross-channel.
