Senior Desktop / Mobility Endpoint Support Engineer

- The candidate will work as part of the Client’s End Point Computing Services Team and will be required to work a set schedule Monday – Friday.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong technical knowledge and experience with cloud-based and on-prem Endpoint Management platforms, Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) tools, Microsoft Intune, VMware WorkspaceOne UEM. Lastly, ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders, across multiple Platform to solve complex technology challenges.
- At least 3 years’ experience with: deploying, configuring, and supporting iOS devices in a client/server environment; and administration and management of mobile devices (MDM) and mobile applications (MAM) through on-prem and/or cloud/SaaS infrastructure.
- At least 7 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience providing general desktop support with previous experience opening and maintaining support cases via BMC Remedy, ServiceNow or similar.
- At least 5 years’ experience in supporting business enablement applications, such as Microsoft O365 product stack.
