- The Senior Consumer Insights Manager for Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) is responsible for ensuring the voice of the consumer is heard in all business decisions.
- Synthesizing the strategic applications of macro and category trends, competitive intelligence and primary research to inform both category and brand-specific actions
- Establish strong internal networks across functions and with the Cold Beverage, CSD teams to ensure a holistic approach to the business
- Support the Brand and Innovation teams in the development of long term product and brand strategy and annual brand marketing plans including business objectives, consumer and channel strategies, and translation of strategies to the consumer through all elements of the marketing mix.
- Lead the development and implementation of new Insight tools to elevate and amplify the value of Consumer research and consumer needs, by exploring new approaches to methodologies, analyses, reporting while managing within budget constraints.
