- The purpose of the Security Specialist position is to foster the safety of the building by handling access control by monitoring and documenting the flow of incoming and outgoing residents, visitors, guests and building activities or building emergencies.
- Adhere to APC location site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- 1 year of high-end residential or hotel experience as Bellman, Porter, Door Attendant, Greeter, Server, Host.
