As a Cleared Security Officer, you'll receive specialized training in site-specific security protocols associated with your clearance level, allowing for skill development and professional growth in the security field.Pay Rate: 36.53 An Hour <ul><li>Weekly Pay! </li><li>Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service.</li><li>Ideal candidate MUST have an ACTIVE TOP secret clearance </li><li>Career Progression</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism</li><li>Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information</li><li>Greet guests and employees and escorts visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points</li><li>Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders; reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to client and/or other security personnel</li><li>Respond to and assesses security alarms or emergency alarms</li><li>Act as a first responder in emergency situations</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):<ul><li>Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience</li><li>Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance (national security eligibility determinations take into account a person's stability, trustworthiness, reliability, discretion, character, honesty, and judgment)</li><li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment</li><li>Must possess one or more of the following:</li><ul><li>Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site</li><li>Prior military experience</li></ul><li>Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills</li><li>Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):<ul><li>Prior law enforcement or armed security experience</li><li>Associate's degree or higher In Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field</li></ul>BENEFITS:<ul><li>Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions </li><li>Schedules that fit with your personal life goals</li><li>Ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities</li><li>Employee discounts through our perks program to your favorite restaurants, entertainment venues and much more </li></ul>Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
