- This is administrative, skilled, hands-on technical work administering and maintaining the countywide electronic security system and life safety programs.
- Responsible for the maintenance and support of the electronic security system and life safety devices.
- Track, document and assist building supervisors and other various department liaisons with the scheduling and completion of life safety inspections, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections of fire systems including fire alarms wet sprinkler, suppression, fire extinguishers, backflows, risers, tamper switches and fire extinguisher recertifications.
- Coordinate and schedule any deficiency repairs and ensure completion of all life safety fire systems.
- Coordinate the fire systems contract inspections, repairs, and compliance for all Martin County sites.
