- Reporting to the Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager, you will support our customers by providing helpful information, and providing solutions on a timely basis regarding our customers' concerns and questions.
- You will be the customer advocate for both our US Operational Care Center and our overseas Customer Care Locations to help ensure that customers' Customer Satisfaction Promise is fulfilled.
