Embrace the excitement of providing strategic and tactical leadership for all aspects of loan servicing, particularly for SBA-guaranteed loans. Essential Job Functions for Government Guaranteed Loan Servicing Manager <ul><li>Lead and manage a team of government-guaranteed operations specialists.</li><li>Develop and implement procedures and reports to ensure accurate loan servicing.</li><li>Assist in preparing for audits and regulatory examinations.</li><li>Provide high-level customer service and technical support for SBA and USDA lending partners.</li><li>Manage SBA loan servicing within SBA Servicing and Liquidation SOPs.</li><li>Stay current with SBA standard operations procedures in all aspects of servicing and liquidation.</li><li>Communicate and interact with SBA and USDA Loan Servicing Centers.</li><li>Oversee construction disbursement and monitoring per credit union and SOP guidelines.</li><li>Innovate and implement initiatives to improve loan servicing performance and productivity with a focus on process automation.</li><li>Handle departmental and business partner escalations to ensure a positive member experience.</li><li>Manage the boarding of new and modified SBA and USDA loans into core systems.</li><li>Provide direction to system administrators for efficient production, including data entry and testing for system updates (e.g., LaserPro, Silver Lake).</li><li>Ensure efficient servicing of the loan portfolio, compliance with regulations, and minimize losses.</li><li>Establish, update, and enforce loan servicing policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations.</li><li>Oversee processing of payoffs, adjustments, loan advances, and construction draws.</li><li>Monitor delinquent taxes and update core systems as needed.</li><li>Handle payoff requests and loan verifications promptly.</li><li>Communicate documentation and boarding errors, client service issues, compliance irregularities, or risks to leadership.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., CRA, BSA, Patriot Act) related to the job function.</li><li>Prepare and submit the Monthly 1502 Report accurately and on time.</li></ul> Minimum Education and Experience for Government Guaranteed Loan Servicing Manager <ul><li>High School diploma or GED.</li><li>5-7 years of experience in government loan servicing, including loan support systems.</li><li>3 years of experience managing/leading servicing teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of operational risks and processes in an SBA Lending environment.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong computer skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul> Why You'll Love Working With Us: Remote Work Flexibility: Enjoy the convenience of working from home within Arizona and visiting our Phoenix office just once a month.
