- Responsible to drive sales on all commodity items within their division, ensure that all day-to- day customer needs are met, ensure that LCI meets or exceeds all customer expectations, effectively communicate between customers, LCI ops and sales leads all needs, frustrations, and expectations of the customers, and identify and thwart all threats to existing business.
- Adhere to LCI’s core values and mission statement.
- Managing all day-to-day customer account responsibilities and ensure that customers are satisfied with all products and services supplied by LCI on existing business.
- Identify and take action to eliminate all negative perceptions of customers related to LCI and its products, reputation, and operations.
