- Ability to effectively manage all areas of new and used car department, including but not limited to dealer trades, wholesales, retail, purchasing and marketing.
- Ability to forecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Establish car sales objectives and plans for achieving them with each salesperson
- Education High school diploma or the equivalent is required, and a college degree is preferred with at least 3 - 5 years of equivalent/relevant work experience in a dealership sales environment.
