- The objective of the job function is to close a sale for sophisticated, high dollar orders while at the same time reducing commercial risk to Oerlikon Metco.
- Consult with the Key Account Manager to define the scope of the project being considered.
- Prepare a cost worksheet using Microsoft Excel that will be used to prepare the quotation and presentation package for the prospective customer.
- Discuss presentation documentation with Key Account Manager and prospective customer as necessary to satisfy the information requirements of the prospect.
- Thermal spray process knowledge for all T/S processes Specific product knowledge and familiarity with engineering and scientific principles sufficient to identify technical problems and communicate them to engineering staff in standard terminology and methodology.
