- Ideate and implement a full-scale marketing, advertising, PR, and special events program to create engaging connections with consumers at recently debuted property Halo at Wells Fargo Center, a 60K SF, food-focused, mixed-use, retail complex, attached to 2.5M SF office campus in Downtown Los Angeles.
- Ideate, promote, and execute a slate of experiential, seasonal, and recurring events in collaboration with marketing and PR agencies and Halo property team.
- In addition, work closely with Arts Brookfield Program Manager on art installations and live music events that will draw increased and retained foot traffic and enhance sales at Halo.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR agencies on overall brand positioning and promotion of Halo, including events, dining promotions, targeted advertising, media outreach, and community outreach.
- Oversee and manage creative agency and graphic designer on brand ad campaigns, including coordination of photo shoots and creation of a suite of assets to push out on print, out-of-home, and digital platforms, as well as onsite at Halo.
