- Reporting to the Area Coach, the Restaurant General Manager manages day-to-day operations of a Taco Bell restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization.
- Maintains appropriate staffing levels and ensure training/on-boarding of new Team Members
- Control Profit & Loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- RGM's should expect to work 9.5 hours per day, 5 days a week including 1 weekend day per week and 1 closing shift per period.
