- The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for collaborating with Physicians and Nurses in planning and implementing the patient plan of care and delivery of cardiopulmonary services; operating, monitoring and maintaining complex ventilator support systems/devices; patient assessments; diagnostic procedures; and oxygen therapy.
- As a rural Critical Access Hospital, this position will assist in individualizing respiratory care for a large scope of patients from Neonates to Geriatric.
- Uses age related concepts, body size, and preexisting conditions in implementing Respiratory care and therapeutics as demonstrated by adjusting medications, responding to ABG results, and equipment selection.
- Graduate of a two-year or four-year AMA accredited school of Respiratory Therapy.
- WA DOH Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
