- The Resident Intake Coordinator (RIC) spearheads the shelters Triage Approach; manages the Daily Shelter Roster; conducts in-depth resident interviews and intakes, coordinates and sets team meetings with case managers, social workers and others; enters data into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
- Enters intake survey information and all data into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), specifically focusing on developing case management notes for triage coordination.
