Prior experience managing at least one of the following: Major projects for Port Authority of NY/NJ, NYSDOT, MTA C&D, or NYCDOT. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Organize, supervise and coordinate large-scale projects involving construction, alteration or repair of roads, bridges, utilities, buildings and/or structures</li><li>Schedule and coordinate all construction processes</li><li>Coordination and inspection of work in progress for compliance with plans, codes and standards and for compliance with schedules and deadlines</li><li>Develop and implement Construction Management Plans including confirming progress, reviewing issues and actions, and ensuring quality and safety</li><li>Develop and implement an effective schedule of values for payments, change order control and evaluation system</li><li>Conduct regular schedule analysis of projects’ progress and completion</li><li>Track project progress with electronic project control and scheduling systems</li><li>Design and manage processes to efficiently support the program objectives</li><li>Interface with senior management personnel within organization and with our client</li><li>Support Program Manager/Executive in all aspects of the project</li><li>Provide detailed management reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Prior experience managing at least one of the following: Major projects for Port Authority of NY/NJ, NYSDOT, MTA C&D, or NYCDOT</li><li>Aviation sector construction projects</li><li>Large-scale civil/structural construction projects </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management</li><li>PE required</li><li>Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Resident or Assistant Resident Engineer</li><li>Candidates with equivalent experience working for contractors will be considered as well</li><li>Aviation and/or Port Authority of NY/NJ experience a big plus</li><li>Knowledge and ability to utilize computers, including the latest versions of office productivity and project management software, in daily activities</li><li>Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal and external contacts</li><li>Strong problem solving skills</li></ul>  - Please visit our website for all of our career opportunities at <a href="https://careers-liro.icims.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://careers-liro.icims.com</a>- We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment. - Compensation: Min: $118,000; Max: $200,000- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. The LiRo Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
