- The employee will assist senior staff in planning, performing, and documenting laboratory experiments.
- Primary responsibilities may include buffer preparation, drug formulation, endotoxin testing, animal tissue processing, DNA/RNA/protein isolation, spectrophotometry, chromatography, immunochemistry, microscopy, image analysis, enzyme activity assays, protein/oligo/small molecule interaction techniques (ELISA, SPR, BLI, MST, FRET, etc), various molecular biology techniques (PCR, qPCR, ddPCR, dPCR, SDS-PAGE, etc.)
- The ideal candidate will have some working experience in assay development or thorough theoretical knowledge of laboratory procedures.
- They will also be comfortable with basic chemical principles and calculations.
