- Job SummaryThe Department of Radiology is looking for a full-time Research Assistant to join to support the research activities in the Preclinical Nuclear Imaging Laboratory of Radiology on developing imaging probes for early detection of biological abnormalities (e.g., cancer, diabetes, infection, and CNS diseases, etc.)
- Prior experience with molecular biology techniques (running gels, immunohistochemistry, immunoblots), medical imaging, and/or lab animal handling is a plus, but not required.
- or·Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in field of assignment and one (1) year research experience at level of Research Technician or equivalent.
- or·Two (2) years college with emphasis in coursework in field of assignment and four (4) years research experience including two (2) years at level of Research Technician or equivalent.
- or·High school graduation or GED and six (6) years research experience to include two (2) years at level of Research Technician or equivalent.
