- The Rental Inventory Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the rental department.
- This position performs administrative tasks related to inventory purchasing, inventory tracking, and service of rental equipment, Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) activities, the creation and maintenance of accurate reports, and other inventory and data entry tasks.
- Update rental equipment status in DBS after pre delivery inspection to show the inventory available for rent.
- Communicate with other departments regarding warranty, Customer Value Agreement (CVA) enrollments, machine scoring, and Product Identification Number (PIN) once a unit is ready to rent.
