- As the Remote Service Engineer you will be responsible for remotely helping customers assess, trouble, and fix any issues they our having with our in service Tire machines.
- 24/7 helpline: Frequently be available outside office hours for 1st and 2nd line support (up to a maximum of two weeks per month).
- Set up a Hi-tech communication system with, for example, google glasses to support customers and coworkers remotely.
