- We are seeking a full-time Access to Care Specialist/Call Center Representative to work at home.
- Specialists interface with clients, the community, and AllHealth Network staff, to assist in the navigation of behavioral health services, scheduling, linking clients to internal and external providers of care, setting appointments, and helping members identify needs and access appropriate services.
- Monitor providers’ schedules and schedule visits to maximize clinic productivity; this includes “back-filling” open slots
- Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
