- Acting as a technical subject matter expert you will be supported in achieving external qualifications and becoming globally recognized in RAM.This exciting opportunity is responsible for providing reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets.
- In coordination and full collaboration with the Engineering Services Reliability & Asset Management COE, the Reliability Engineer is responsible for implementing a strategic asset management plan to integrate clients existing systems including building automation, energy management, maintenance programs and life-cycle asset management approach.
- Experience w/ predictive maintenance technologies including, but not limited to, vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared Thermography, ultrasound, and motor current analysis.
- Plans and performs engineering operations, monitors operations center systems, RCM program implementation, process engineering assignments, root cause failure analysis, incorporation of condition-based maintenance (CbM and predictive testing and inspection (PT&I) technologies and conducts equipment condition assessments.
- Workflow ManagementMaintain complete and accurate records/plans within computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) related to equipment, specifications data, BOM, failure history, etc.
