- The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing great tasting products that are served in the concession stand.
- The Grill Cook is responsible for food safety and cleanliness as well as assisting with other tasks in their assigned location including but not limited to restocking supplies, prep of cold and hot food items, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work station to comply with Craft Culinary Concepts and local health department policies.
- The Grill Cook is responsible for prepping food to exceed the guest expectations and meeting all Craft Culinary Concepts standards, goals, and objectives.
- The Grill Cook will usually work with slotted or flat grills and convection ovens as well as fryers and other assorted hot and cold equipment.
- To meet the anticipated guest needs, the Grill Cooks are responsible for communicating inventory levels and anticipated prep times to the Stand Manager.
