Familiarity with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) equipment like Prismaflex is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrate competence in managing fresh open heart cases and handling IABP devices.</li><li>Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team, provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff, and contribute to a positive work environment. Strong travelers with cardiac surgical experience are highly valued for their expertise.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>CVICU experience and open-heart experience are required</li><li>Competence in handling devices such as IABP, PrismFlex, Impella, and LVAD is preferred</li><li>Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, and CRRT Prismaflex are all required</li><li>Skills: IABP and fresh open-heart experience required</li><li>Active Washington State RN License.</li><li>Two professional references are required.
