Overview:
St. Luke’s Health System in Magic Valley is seeking a flex/PRN RN OR Circulator to join our AMAZING Surgery Center team. Schedule:  0.1 FTE (10 hours per pay period) working 1 (10) hour shifts with varied days, starting at 0630 Tuesday-Friday. No weekends or holidays.  Unit Summary Surgery Center performs outpatient surgery for Orthopedic surgery, Podiarty surgery, ENT surgery, and Plastic surgery. This is a fast paced environment focused on safe and excellent patient care. We have 2 sides of the surgery center: Peri-Anesthesia and Operating Room. Both sides work together efficiently and collaboratively for the benefit of the patients and surgeons

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.</li><li>Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.</li><li>Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.</li><li>Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.</li><li>Manages care of patients.</li><li>Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.</li><li>Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.</li><li>Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model.</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree</li><li>Experience: 1+ year circulator experience highly preferred </li><li>Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice ACLS and PALS Highly preferred.
