- Summary: The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , in addition to providing support in residential programs, assists in the delivery of behavior analytics under the direction of an RBT supervisor.
- Participates in the delivery of comprehensive behavior analytic services and supports to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities: implements behavior interventions, assists in data collection, provides data reporting on target behaviors.
- Meets regularly with RBT supervisor to review behavior plans, data collection and analysis.
- Provide services to individuals according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.
