- AbleLight is looking to add a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to their MO Behavior Support team.
- This position supports adults with a variety of intellectual and developmental disabilities in our group homes, day programs, host homes, independent living and or family homes located St. Louis county/St. Charles county area and other surrounding communities.
- We offer Paid Training to become a Registered Behavior Technician
- In this position, the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for assisting the Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with implementing behavior services, providing direct behavioral support to assigned clients, helps individuals with personal outcome measures, assists in collecting data related to any challenging behaviors, assists during crisis events and assists with assessment development, development of treatment materials and other tasks outlined by the Behavior Analyst.
- 1 year of experience as a Behavior Technician, DSP (Direct Support Professional), Personal Support Workers, Personal Care Assistants or other similar roles.
