- The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for providing direction to franchise dealers in programs directly related to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the dealership to drive increased revenue generation in Residential, Commercial, Bottle Water and Bottle Free Cooler sales.
- The ideal candidate will implement rigorous sales excellence, gathering and sharing best practices with the franchise dealer system.
- Partners with the Training and Development Department to develop and deliver sales training to the dealers.
- Key liaison for the top franchise owners in the assigned territory.
- Encourage the development of dealer employees to improve the bench strength of the business.
