- About the roleThis position will develop, implement, and drive sales strategies for the assigned region and manage the relevant Sales Agent Network with the intent to create demand through specifications for the assigned Leviton Lighting products of Birchwood and Intense Lighting.
- This role is responsible for increasing market penetration, improving product mix of strategic products to drive profitable growth, and achieving the region's sales goals.
- The ideal candidate for this position will serve as a regional sales manager, overseeing all relevant territory sales agents, and as an integral dimension of managing strategic key customers, leveraging key relationships albeit lighting designers, architects, engineers, agents, contractors and distributors.
