- The Regional Operations Specialist is responsible for the efficient operation and overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of an assigned Community in accordance with policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Guide and lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed targeted census goals in a timely manner and in alignment with Company expectations, procedures, and regulatory requirements including the appropriate level of care.
- The position requires travel to and from the assigned community in the states of California and/or Nevada.
