- CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance departments at multiple facilities in West Virginia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
- This position requires extensive travel to facilities throughout the area of coverage.
- The position of Regional Facilities Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities to ensure that the assigned Facilities are maintained in accordance with all Federal, State, local and life safety requirements.
- The incumbent in this position must present a professional image to all customers and take a pro-active approach in maintaining CHS facilities by providing supervision, training, and hands-on assistance.
- This position must maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including but not limited to Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and the State Department of Health in maintaining a safe, clean, comfortable, homelike setting for our residents within fiscal objectives.
