- The Refugee Pre-Arrival Coordinator is primarily responsible for playing an essential lead role in overseeing pre-arrival services of the Reception and Placement (R&P) program.
- This work will be carried out through accurate, timely and responsive technical processing of refugee cases.
- The individual will work directly with Bethany’s national HQ team as well as affiliate sites within the Bethany network to ensure successful the allocation and placement of refugees.
- The Refugee Pre-Arrival Coordinator will also need to interface with partners including Refugee Processing Center (RPC), Resettlement Support Centers (RSCs), International Office of Migration (IOM) and other national Resettlement Agencies to achieve this goal.
- Associate's degree social service, political science, or a related field of study from an accredited college; Bachelor's degree, preferred.
