- The Records and Information Management Director ensures UCSF's compliance with governmental requirements under the domain of the California Public Records Act (CPRA), California Information Practice Act (IPA), California Labor Code, the Federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and the various State, Federal, and local statutes involving subpoenas.
- The Director will oversee UCSF Affiliation Agreement development, renewal, approval, and documentation management processes.
- The Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost (EVCP) leads both UCSF's robust research enterprise as well as its highly ranked academic programs in health professions and graduate education, clinical care delivery, and community service.
- The EVCP works in close collaboration with the Chancellor and his leadership team to develop and implement campus priorities and vision, maintain the University's status as an international leader in health sciences education and research, and oversee external partnerships representing UCSF's best interests across the University of California system, at the UC Office of the President, and beyond.
- Juris Doctor degree or paralegal training and/or CA/CRM Certification and experience
