- Radiopharmaceutical Laboratory Technician
- The Radiopharmaceutical Laboratory Technician will work with a team of pharmacists, chemists, and engineers in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment in the quality control of radiopharmaceuticals used in both clinical and research projects in the Department of Radiology.
- The technician will be involved in several aspects of research and production, including quality control of routine and research radiotracers, maintaining inventory of products for the facility, cyclotron operation, equipment setup, production, and maintenance/troubleshooting of quality control equipment.
- The Department of Radiology & Biomedical Imaging is one of the largest departments in the School of Medicine at UCSF. Its mission is research (basic and clinical), teaching, patient care, and public service.
- The Cyclotron Facility is a specialized particle production service that allows clinicians and investigators to have access to locally produced radiopharmaceuticals.
