- The Quality Manager drives quality assurance initiatives by organizing, facilitating and supporting continuous improvement activities, lean initiatives, SPC, failure analysis/corrective actions and auditing of existing quality systems.
- Process customer complaints/returns and assist in developing and communicating failure analysis and corrective actions
- Establish an internal audit plan and maintain and auditing team that monitors current systems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement quality assurance standards, processes and controls by developing and modifying quality procedures and processes to achieve targets associated with KPI Metrics and Quality Objectives
- Drive quality system improvement by reviewing KPI Metrics, SPC, internal audit results, corrective action responses, CI team progress and customer report cards
