- Tools utilized will include the electronic health record, claims system, clinical informatics reports, national guidelines, NCQA standards, HEDIS specifications, CMS regulations and other applicable resources.
- QUALIFICATIONS: Education, skills and experience: A Bachelor’s degree in public health, health care management, healthcare informatics or health education with five years of experience in a health care environment, or a graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN or LPN) with a current valid Florida license.
- Healthcare quality and performance improvement experience required, CPHQ preferred.
- Knowledge of HEDIS, CMS Star measures, and health plan accreditation standards.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access.
