- The Medical Director of Ambulatory Behavioral Health Services provides clinical and administrative leadership for the department's outpatient programs including the Integrated Outpatient Service (IOS), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Comprehensive Evaluation Service (CES), Partial Hospital Program (PHP), Assertive Community Treatment team (ACT), and Intensive Crisis Residence.
- As a key member of the leadership team, the Medical Director of Ambulatory Behavioral Health Services cultivates positive relationships across the department and health system and is aligned with the mission, vision, and values of the MSBHC Department of Psychiatry, Mount Sinai Beth Israel, and the Mount Sinai Health System.
- Supervises the clinical leaders of the IOS, IOP, CES, PHP, ICR and ACT programs
- Plans and facilitates regularly scheduled staff meetings; contributes to departmental grand rounds and other presentations and trainings
