COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)

	<li>Salary Base: $310K - $325,000+ RVU Incentive paid quarterly (RVU not added in base salary - extra income)
	<li>CME: $3,000 + 5 days
	<li>Malpractice paid 100%
	<li>PTO: 14 paid holidays, 30 days for vacation and sick time. (accrues yearly) 
	<li>Relocation: Relocation assistance dependent on SBUH & IRS guidelines
	<li>Sign-on bonus: yes
	<li>Student loan Repayment: Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF, and dependent on eligibility.

	<li>Retirement: 403(b) Exceptional NY State pension and retirement offerings.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)

<ul>
	<li>50% Academic, Teaching, building C&A program.
	<li>50% Clinical: Coverage/oversight: C&A Outpatient Department, and 10 bed IP Unit (IP director onsite.) 
	<li>Supervision of school-based evaluation and consultation programs. Some travel to school districts may be involved if needed within short distance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)

	<li>Board Certification in C&A
	<li>5+ years post-residency experience
	<li>3+ years Child Psychiatric administration experience
	<li>Track record of teaching and research involvement
	<li>Publication, and academic experience
