- The Licensed Psychiatric Clinician is a Masters prepared Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- The Licensed Psychiatric Clinician is responsible for the assessment, treatment planning and delivery of outpatient behavioral health therapy services under the clinical direction of the Department of Psychiatry Medical Director as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Join an established interdisciplinary team that supports clinicians through weekly teamclinical supervision with your peer clinicians, weekly clinical team disposition meetings to reviewcases and interact with colleagues, professional development opportunities, committed focus on employee well-being, work-lifebalance, and professional growth, and r egular engagement with Department Medical Director& Administrator.
- As a member of an interdisciplinary treatmentteam, the Psychiatric Clinician provides psychiatric evaluations of adultpatients (18 years old and above) in our Partial Hospital, Mental Health IOP,or Dual Diagnosis IOP. Evaluationsinclude: diagnosis, risk assessments, outcome measure tools and scales, caseformulation, and treatment recommendations presented to a supportive treatmentteam lead by a staff psychiatrist.
- The LicensedClinician provides runs three or four groups daily including psychodynamictherapy, CBT, recovery skills, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, andactivities of daily living.
