- Examples of research goals include in-depth characterizations of the non-coding genome, integrative surveys of datasets generated from new technologies (long read sequencing or spatial omics approaches) and examination of large-scale publicly available datasets such as ENCODE.
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of high-throughput genomics pipelines for analyzing noncoding DNA/RNA sequences.
