- As a Planning Project Manager (PPM) for Master Planning and Conceptual Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering and technical teams, leading in-house landscape architects, urban planners and computational designers to develop and drive an integrated narrative for infrastructure and ecological systems that directly inform the design of the urban design and landscape planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architecture or other related design fields
- Proven experience in project management for large-scale (50+ acre and $500k+) land development projects
- Basic understanding of Site Design including Grading, Earthwork Stormwater Management/Hydrologic Cycle, Road Design, Utility Systems Layout & Sizing
