- The DPM is jointly sponsored by Harvard Medical School and the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute.
- The ECHO Operations Project Manager will join our team as we begin building a new pregnancy and child cohort as one of the sites of the national Environmental Influences on Child Health Outcomes (ECHO) Program at NIH ( Pregnant participants will be recruited through our partner site at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), and HPHCI will begin study visits with moms and babies during infancy.
- The ECHO Operations Project Manager will manage a team of research assistants who will conduct in-person and remote research visits with our enrolled ECHO participants.
- Responsibilities will include managing visit operations, hiring and supervising research assistant staff, serving as the cohort site lead staff trainer, managing local and central IRB protocols, performing quality control on field operations, managing the participant tracking system, and assisting the Program Manager in managing project finances and grant reporting.
