- Additional Required QualificationsResponsibilities:Project Manager for coordination, participation/development of, and review of project documents related to assigned projects following the NREL Project Management Manual (PMM) and DOE Order 413.3a (if applicable) which may include project tailoring, project management plans, performance baselines, environmental documents, safety documents, commissioning plans, operational documentation, etc.
- Includes development of contractual documents for Request for Proposals to include Statement of Work, NEPA, selection criteria for contractors, participation on award teams, etc.
- Work may consist of coordination of meetings including independent project reviews, project status meetings, design/construction meetings, design/industry charettes, construction safety walks, daily construction activities, etc.
- Coordination of design reviews, construction management services, commissioning services, substantiation of contractual requirements, etc.
