- An Engineer IV - Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects with an emphasis on civil engineering, rail, roads, and bridges.
- Manage a portfolio of civil engineering and construction projects within the respective project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Technical and /regulatory issues may involve civil engineering, permitting including, but not limit to, drilling, and soil excavation/grading/disposal CEQA & NEPA compliance, NPDS compliance, Cal OSHA regulations, and right of way permits.
- Ensuring GAI is within compliance with all its client contract conditions, including meeting the agreed goals for Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (SBE/DBE) participation.
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines, such as estimating, construction, environmental, operations, maintenance, land and right of way, and public relations.
