- The Project Controls II position is responsible for interpreting assigned contracts, setting up and maintaining projects in the company's ERP system, and handling monthly project billing.
- Setup and maintain projects and work breakdown structures in the company's ERP system, including labor categories and prevailing wage tables.
- Generate and manage reporting data to produce project controls reports and maintain accurate project data for multiple ongoing projects.
- Provide coding to Accounts Payable for subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Alternatively, 5 or more years of progressive cost accounting and project control experience in a corporate setting, ideally with a government contractor.
