- The Project Assistant provides administrative support to the project management process and facilitates the coordination of projects.
- Provide a full range of administrative and clerical support for projects.
- These tasks may include, but are not limited to, meeting minutes, submittals, answering telephone calls, typing correspondence, invoices, billings, insurance requirements, RFI’s, RFP’s, ASI’s, bulletins, etc.
- Set up and maintain projects in management program, including: communications, contract and project information, and logs.
- Provide back-up support for other Project Assistants and Receptionist, as well as Estimating, as required.
