- The Program Specialist will work within and across a variety of functional areas throughout the organization.
- The Program Specialist performs a wide range of duties and roles, including administrative support, project management; meeting coordination and management; document preparation and management; data gathering, research and analysis; workflow development, and coordination of training documents.
- The Program Specialist performs data analytics using templates, schedules, and reports, for clinic productivity as well as data to monitor clinical staff outcomes using HL data, Qlikview, Wisdom, and audits to sustain clinical and patient outcomes.
- The Program Specialist is able to function independently, develop and implement systems and processes, coordinate and manage workgroups, training and workflow projects, establish timelines and stay on task.
- The Program Specialist has strong attention to detail and is able to be flexible and reprioritize as necessary.
